Metoda przyspieszonej oceny niezawodności silnika spalinowego

W artykule przedstawiono metodę probabilistycznego prognozowania trwałoci elementów par trących w silnikach spalinowych. Przedstawiono przykład symulacji funkcji zawodnoci tulei cylindrowych w silniku samochodu ciężarowego przeprowadzonej na podstawie badań stanowiskowych oraz zweryfikowanej na podstawie badań eksperymentalnych.

A method of speed-up reliability evaluation of the internal combustion engine

In article one introduced probabilistic durability of forecasting wear pairs in intemal combustion engines. Introduced example of simulation of function reliability ofcylindrical muffin truck engine passed on the engine test bench research and verified on experimental research.

Zapewnienie niezawodności działania środka transportu

W artykule przedstawiono zagadnienie niezawodności produktu -obiektu technicznego. Niezawodność ta maleje prawie bezwarunkowo i nie ulega zazwyczaj zwiększeniu, o ile nie zostanie podjęta jakaś ingerencja w którąś z faz eksploatacji produktu czy obiektu. Zapewnienie prawidłowego poziomu działania, eksploatacji, konserwacji, napraw itp. może hamować tempo obniżania się niezawodności, wymaga jednak poniesienia dodatkowych kosztów.

Provision of Operation Reliability of a Meansof Transport

The fact that reliability of a product - technical object - almost unconditionally decreases, and without interference with the stage of the project it will usually not increase; is reflected in this contribution. The level of operation, use, maintenance, service, etc may influence the rate of the reliability fall. All these phenomena are also connected with the economic costs.

Optimization of preventive maintenance and information system

The paper presents a method for determining the optimal interval for preventive maintenance/replacement using either an age related or a diagnostic related renewal strategy. Additionally, the authors rise the question: "How does preventive maintenance influence the probability of failure and the mean life-time of preventively maintained elements of a technical system?" They answer the question using analytical and simulation computing approaches to arrive at the solution. The results are in quantitative form. giving relationships between preventive maintenance intervals and survival probability functions and mean life-time characteristics. Examples demonstrate suitability of the method for typical engineering components with Weibull life distributions. Applications offer substantial benefits to both the manufacturer and the user of technical equipment.

Investigation of reliability of high-pressure fuel pumps

This paper presents the research of faults of high-pressure fuel pumps (HPFP) as the main units of fuel equipment having influence on ifs reliability. Based by example of distributive-type ram HPFP-s, produced in Vilnius (Lithuania), there were examined the main indications of such failures and in accordance with the Waybull 's distribution law thwere were determined distributions of frequency of the random failures. Histogram of distribution of the random value, differential function and diagram of failure distribution of the HPFP-s are also presented.
